Northern Peptide Collective™ maintains strict quality control and fulfillment standards.
Due to the nature of research materials and analytical supply products, all sales are generally considered final.
Refunds may only be considered under limited circumstances, including:
- fulfillment errors
- damaged shipments
- incorrect items received
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Northern Peptide Collective™ reserves the right to:
- deny refund requests
- request additional information
- review claims individually
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
